Modupe Tsiki
Chairman
Modupe has a finance background with over 20 years’ experience, 10 of which he spent in local government where he developed a passion for community services.
Modupe founded LEMA in 2021 to pursue the dream of serving communities across the African continent.
Myrah Masina
Sports Director
Myrah worked for over ten years in the South African Police Service where she also spent a significant amount of her time serving communities as a police officer and counselling victims of crime. Since leaving the SAPS, Myrah has started an events company in which she has been able to showcase he culinary skills.
Myrah intends to impart this experience with the youth in various communities by introducing these social skills into various sporting quotes and organising sporting events.
Paballo Mothulwe
Operations Director
Paballo has worked in the security cluster as a police officer, traffic enforcement and protection services for 15 years. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Paballo founded Bipa Logistics in 2010 after leaving security services, which is a company specialising in school transport and does work in government schools feeding scheme programme.
As Operations Director, Paballo applies his skills in ensuring adherence to health and safety compliance at all charity events, organising logistics for these events and liaising with stakeholders.
Mantsimane Lepheana
Arts, Culture and Heritage- ACH Director
Mantsi as she is affectionately known is qualified in the performing and has worked as a human capital practitioner for over 10 years in the construction industry.
Mantsi and her team are responsible for conceptualising and implementing all ACH programmes.
